Brief Description:

Exactly what is a stabilized approach?  Why should I care?  Let’s look at some incident and accident data,  and some experienced pilots doing strange things.

Attendees are encouraged to pre-register in advance on the FAA Wings website (https://www.faasafety.gov/default.aspx).

The safety presentation begins at 7pm and the Skiatook Flying Club business meeting will follow at approximately 8pm. The meetings are open to everyone, if you are interested in learning more about the club, or joining the club, attending a meeting is an excellent opportunity.

Wings presentations and club meetings are re-occurring, on the first Thursday of each month at 7pm in the Skiatook Airport lounge (the gate code is the 2F6 CTAF).
