I understand that the board of Directors and the membership of the Skiatook Flying Club LLC determine my acceptance in the Club. If I am accepted, I agree to adhere to the procedures and regulations as outlined in the Club’s by-laws, membership rules, operating procedures and decisions set forth by the Board of Directors. I understand that if my application to the club is accepted that I will be required to supply a method of payment to the club, a credit card will be required to pay my expenses to the club, to include a one-time $250 application fee, and to pay for club dues, flight hours, and for any membership assessments or brokerage fees associated with my membership.
